Samples are provided at no charge for professionals evaluating products for their companies. Please note that samples are not available for private customers or individuals outside of product development roles. While we strive to accommodate all requests, there is a limit on the number of samples we can provide—each request is limited to two products.

Our sample packs are designed to give you a taste of our product's flavor, consistency, and quality. If you require samples for final product review or need more than two samples, please complete our Inquiry Form HERE, and one of our sales representatives will gladly assist you.
Receiving Your Samples
Our samples are shipped overnight to ensure they arrive in a frozen or semi-frozen condition. While our final products are either picked up from our location or shipped frozen, the nature of shipping frozen items means they may thaw slightly during transit. Your product will ship from our location on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and arrive the following day via a common carrier.

Please provide an address where the package can be delivered and accessed during this timeframe to promptly place the items in a freezer or refrigerator. If your product arrives frozen, you may refreeze it. If it arrives refrigerated, do not refreeze it; instead, store it in the refrigerator, where it will remain safe for approximately six days.
